When Scott Carpenter flew to space, he used his Breitling Navitimer Cosmonaute to seperate day from night, using the 24 hour display/ dial. Since then, the Navitimer Cosmonaute got an icon, for us and for many collectors worldwide.
Our offered ref. 809 from 1967 comes with the famous Venus 178 movement (it is running very strong and precise). The watch still has its original dial and slide rule with lovely patina.
It comes with its original certificate and is in a generally good condition.
