A particularly rare and collectible Rolex Submariner 5513 from 1981, presented in exceptional condition for its age.
The case is remarkably well preserved, featuring exceptionally thick and perfectly symmetrical lugs. It is one of the thickest and most impressive 5513 cases we have seen from this period, with the original proportions beautifully maintained.
The original tritium dial and hands have developed a stunning, perfectly matching vanilla-colored tritium patina, giving the watch a highly attractive and authentic vintage appearance. The bezel has naturally aged to a beautiful blue-grey hue and retains its original tritium pip.
The movement is running strongly and accurately, performing very well for its age.
The original Oyster bracelet was replaced by Rolex at some point in the past and remains in excellent condition, with virtually no stretch.
